Regular Shipping We will personalize and ship most items to arrive in 7-10 days. However, some items require more personalization time, up to 4 weeks. These items cannot be expedited.
We ship via USPS or UPS to any continental U.S. destination. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories ship airfreight at an additional cost. Canadian orders ship UPS or USPS International parcel post.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Personalized Items may not be returned. All other items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, with the original receipt, in new condition for a full refund. After 30 days a credit will be issued.
